This light bodied, pale straw wine boasts a flavor profile of green apple, lemon, and minerals. Trebbiano has bright aromatic notes of seashell, citrus and oregano. This Italian varietal pairs well with seafood, pastas and roasted chicken.

Picardan is pale straw in color and has aromas of green apple, pear and lemongrass. It is one of the rarest varietals in the world and was at risk of going extinct, until recently. In France, this varietal was used as a blending grape but, Texas grape grower, Steve Newsom, saw its potential and took a risk in 2017. He planted 4 acres of Picardan. He felt the Texas High Plains had the perfect climate to grow this varietal. It turns out he was correct. Our customers love this light bodied varietal that has flavors of apricot, peach and nectarine. International and national judges agree that Picardan is special and we have the medals to prove how good it is.

Outside of Italy, Moscato Giallo can be found in the Valais region of Switzerland, where the grape is known as Muscat du Pays. Most people enjoy Moscato as a sweet wine however, this wine is dry. This pale lemon wine has light aromatic intensity but packs a punch on the palete! Orange blossum, lime and wet stones tickle the nose as they perk the consumers interest. The first sip of this medium body wine will send a burst of fruit while acid and minerals dance their way across the tongue. Flavors of mandarin orange, banana, pineapple and melon transport the consumer to a tropical paradise. A common white grape found in Spain and Portugal, this wine thrives as a varietal in Texas! It is a medium-bodied white wine with light gold color and bright aromatic notes of pear. This wine is sure to dazzle your senses. It has slight notes of honey and key lime to make up this Spanish varietal. Younger vintages exhibit strong aromas of lemon and saline combined with strong flavors of citrus and bruised apple and almond. The first sip brings you pear with Meyer lemon and ends with a soft, long finish. Enjoy this variety with a pairing of roasted chicken or veal with a cream sauce.

Originating in the Rhine River region of Europe, we bring you our exciting take on one of the world’s most famous varieties. With perfumed notes of floral, peach, pineapple and apple. This wine finishes with a sweet, crisp acidity that leaves you with a lingering fruity finish. This variety pairs strongly with the majority of white fish, or cheeses such as blue cheese and gouda. Riesling grapes originally call their home Germany but Texas is proud to produce this aromatic varietal. With pale lemon color, this wine opens with aromas of cantaloupe, lemon zest and classic Riesling petrol. High acidity and light-medium body create a sensation of fullness as flavors of pear, pineapple, white tea and orange blossom move over the tongue. Dry Riesling is a marvelous choice for a variety of food pairings as its long finish lifts savory flavors. Asian and fusion cuisine, seafood, pork and chicken are all perfect complements to this wine.

Viognier (“Vee-own-yay”) is a medium-bodied white wine that originates in southern France. Most loved for its perfumed aromas of peach, apricot, and honeysuckle, Viognier can also be oak-aged to add a rich, creamy taste with hints of vanilla. Viognier loves warm climates and grows great on the Texas High Plains. These grapes are often left on the vines for a longer time. If you love to brood over bolder white wines like Chardonnay, Viognier is definitely something you’ll like to swirl. With notes of tangerine, pineapple, and kiwi, this wine will leave you dreaming of a tropical paradise. While it is recommend to pair Viognier with poultry and fish, think rich, creamy dishes are also a great choice.

This wine is composed of a blend of Italian varieties Pinot Grigio, Trebbiano and Muscat. White Gold has a pale golden hue and offers the drinker refreshing aromas and flavors of apples and pears. It is light bodied and best enjoyed with your favorite cream based pasta dishes. 

Our rosé is the perfect color of rose gold! With medium body, this rosé brings strawberries and cream, cotton candy and italian cherry to the nose. Incredible flavors of watermelon, blue raspberry candy and kiwi create the most perfect bouquet of fruit and flowers. A medium finish carries the consumer to heaven and back. While also delightful on its own, pair this wine with mild seafood and Mexican dishes. 

This Rhone red variety features a bold smoked ruby hue with notes of blackberry, stewed cherries and a subtle kiss of oak. It pairs well with smoked meats such as pork, and beef. Mourvèdre also pairs well with chicken dishes.

With vivid brick red color, scents of bright cherry cola, fig, red apple, tomato leaf and crimson rose petals rise to greet the senses. Flavors of pomegranate, cranberry, dried herbs, cinnamon and black tea glide easily on the pallet on elegant tannins. This light to medium bodied wine is dazzling and fruity yet plush and polished. With its hints of tart plum skins on the supple finish, this wine pairs well with a peppery steak, herb-crusted pork tenderloin, pizza or bbq chicken. 

Faring from Southern Tuscany, Montepulciano welcomes all with open arms. Catching your eye with its deep garnet hue, this wine boasts an aromatic bouquet of ripe red fruit, maraschino cherries, and leather. The pallet brightly sings of juicy plum, ripe strawberries, and savory notes of oregano and tobacco, while the pleasantly soft tannins bring it all into a soft finish. This medium bodied wine pairs brilliantly with all of your favorite Italian foods, from pizza and any tomato based pasta.

Hailing from Italy's Umbria region, Sagrantino grapes are the most tannic grape variety. Aging this wine in oak barrels helps to smooth out these bold tannins and creates the wine's silky texture. With a medium garnet color, pronounced licorice, bourbon, and leather scents quickly overtake the nose. The medium body carries dried cherry, raspberry, brown sugar, and smoked cedar to the palate with a long finish. Due to the highly tannic nature of Sagrantino, this wine ages well and is best decanted before drinking. Akin to a Spanish Rioja, look for food pairings that feature fat and umami; smoked sausages, wild mushrooms, and heavy cheeses all match nicely. Perfect for those who find themselves near a campfire, this wine will comfort the travel-worn explorer or any general consumer who can easily enjoy themselves anywhere.
 

The tradition of blending wines dates back many years, back to when mixed vineyards were insurance against the wrath of mother nature, and a reliable harvest was much more important than flavoring. This Montepulciano, Sagrantino and Teroldego blend is a full bodied Italian varietal powerhouse. Dark Amarena cherries, baked fruit, warming spice, and licorice on the nose give way to jammy strawberry and cranberry with thyme on the palate. Flirt Sweet Red is light garnet in color, a term used to describe wines that have a slight orange tint to them, and is quickly becoming a new favorite! Aromas of plum, black cherry, blackberry and blueberry are an elegant bouquet of smells. A blend of several different grape varieties, this medium body red blend has plenty of character. Dark and juicy stewed fruit flavors combined with red velvet and spice create a rich yet delicate texture. After the swallow and as the taste of sweet wine fades, a medium finish leaves the consumer wanting another sip. Pair this wine with savory, full flavored foods such as bbq chicken and roasted vegetables, steak sandwhiches, shrimp kabobs or red velvet cake.
