2021 Reserve Viognier
Aged for 3 months with light toasted American oak, the 2019 vintage of Reserve Viognier has light body, medium gold appearance and has a creamy mouthfeel with touches of lime, tart rainier cherry and pineapple. Vanilla on top of beautiful aromas of peony, fresh yogurt and other tropical fruits, this wine has a medium finish. Viognier is the unofficial white wine grape for the state of Texas! Pair this Reserve Viognier with delicate meats or scallops that are flavored with stewed fruit, almonds, citrus or aromatic herbs.
