Butterscotch mingles between the aromatics and the pallet while round body sits pleasantly on the tonge. The grassy notes of Albarino play well with fresh salsa, grilled vegetables, soft cheeses like feta and lighter meats such as fish, ceviche, grilled (or fried) fish tacos and oysters.
