2021 Moscato Giallo
Outside of Italy, Moscato Giallo can be found in the Valais region of Switzerland, where the grape is known as Muscat du Pays. Most people enjoy Moscato as a sweet wine however, this wine is dry. This pale lemon wine has light aromatic intensity but packs a punch on the palete! Orange blossum, lime and wet stones tickle the nose as they perk the consumers interest. The first sip of this medium body wine will send a burst of fruit while acid and minerals dance their way across the tongue. Flavors of mandarin orange, banana, pineapple and melon transport the consumer to a tropical paradise. Pair Muscato Giallo with gorgonzola cheese, fresh baked apple pie, pannacotta with fresh mango and so much more! Just one sip and you will See What Texas Tastes Like!
