On the palate, flavors or cherry cola and strawberry tea integrate themselves with flavors of leather and black pepper. Full and lush, the long finish carries a spice that is left lingering on the tongue. This wine pairs excellently with roasted lamb and umami flavors such as grilled mushrooms.
