Menu:

Salted Caramel Apple &  Riesling

Dry Riesling is known for its bright acidity, floral aromas, and notes of green apple, pear, and citrus. The salted caramel brings a savory element that contrasts beautifully with the wine's crispness, while the salt amplifies the sweetness of the apples. The wine’s acidity cuts through the richness of the salted caramel and the buttery crust of the pie, cleansing the palate with each sip.

Buttermilk & Reserve Roussanne

Roussanne is a white wine known for its rich, creamy texture and flavors of stone fruits, honey, and herbal notes. Its moderate acidity complements the custardy richness of buttermilk pie, enhancing the pie's smoothness without overpowering it. The buttermilk pie, with its silky filling and slightly tangy flavor, benefits from the wine's aromatic complexity. The honeyed notes of Roussanne can mirror the sweetness of the pie, while its herbal hints add an intriguing layer that plays off the pie’s subtle flavors.

Cranberry Tart & Montepulciano

Pairing Montepulciano with cranberry tart pie is a delightful combination that brings together the wine's robust character and the pie's vibrant flavors. Montepulciano is a medium to full-bodied red wine known for its red fruit flavors—like pomegranate and cherry—along with earthy and spicy notes. When paired with a cranberry tart pie, the wine's fruitiness complements the tartness of the cranberries, creating a beautiful balance between sweet and sour. The cranberry tart pie features bright, tangy flavors that can be both refreshing and bold.

S’more & Merlot

Merlot is known for its soft tannins, medium body, and flavors of black cherry, plum, and chocolate. These characteristics make it a fantastic companion for s'more pie, which typically features layers of chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and graham cracker crust. The s'more pie is a sweet and creamy dessert, and the chocolate in the pie pairs beautifully with the dark fruit notes in Merlot. Additionally, the slight smokiness from the toasted marshmallows can echo the wine’s subtle earthy notes, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.. This pairing is perfect for cozy gatherings or a relaxed evening by the fire!
