Advanced Charcuterie Class with Heart & Soul Cuisine

Join us for a fabulous night of charcuterie and cheese board making at English Newsom Cellars. These classes are fun, engaging and educational. Jessica Murray, the owner of Heart and Soul Cuisine will be walking you through how to create and design the perfect Charcuterie board so you can be the hostess with the mostest at your next event!
By employing a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients and a variety of textures and flavor profiles, we will show you how to create a charcuterie board that is visually stunning, tastes incredible, and is sure to impress anyone. What party is complete without wine and cheese?!
Once completed, your gorgeous, self-made charcuterie will feel 2-4 people and can be enjoyed at the winery.
We will provide one glass of wine and a box of supplies so you can build your own charcuterie board.
*Each charcuterie box will be filled with a selection of assorted cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, crackers and antipasto nibbles.
*During this interactive class you will learn how to build a charcuterie board as well as the basics of properly pairing wine with charcuterie.
