2022 Moscato Giallo

Outside of Italy, Moscato Giallo can be found in the Valais region of Switzerland, where the grape is known as Muscat du Pays. Most people enjoy Moscato as a sweet wine however, this wine is dry. Honey suckle, citrus blossom, quince, and apricot jam waft out of the glass, creating an exciting first impression. On the palate, flavors of grapefruit, peach, pineapple, and orange peel create the experience of summer bliss. Pair Moscato Giallo with gorgonzola cheese, fresh baked apple pie, pannacotta with fresh mango and so much more!

2023 Picardan

Our 2023 Picardan exhibits a pale lemon color and has a delicate and nuanced aromatic profile. This wine offers subtle floral notes, reminiscent of jasmine and lavendar, along with hints of citrus fruits such as lime zest with herbal undertones, adding complexity to the aroma. On the palate, this Picardan has a light body with crisp and refreshing acidity. The flavor profile includes citrus notes, particularly lemon and orange, providing a bright and zesty character, and additional fruit flavors such as green apple, along with herbal nuances. Due to its acidic nature and versatile flavor profile, Picardan pairs well with a variety of dishes. 2023 Reserve Viognier

Aged for 3 months with light toasted American oak, the 2019 vintage of Reserve Viognier has light body, medium gold appearance and has a creamy mouthfeel with touches of lime, tart rainier cherry and pineapple. Vanilla on top of beautiful aromas of peony, fresh yogurt and other tropical fruits, this wine has a medium finish. Viognier is the unofficial white wine grape for the state of Texas! Pair this Reserve Viognier with delicate meats or scallops that are flavored with stewed fruit, almonds, citrus or aromatic herbs.

2023 Sangiovese

Pale garnet in color, this Texas grown Tuscan variety exudes aromas of balsamic, red cherries, roasted peppers, and figs. 2023 Montepulciano

2023 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

2024 Teroldego

All the way from Italy, this varietal makes a powerful statement. Teroldego grapes produce wines that have intense dark color and heavy tannins. Aromas of chocolate, cherry, tobacco, blackberry, and pine compliment its full body. Bold flavors of star anise, leather, boysenberry and chai tea are luscious and mouthwaterinng. With its long finish, Teroldego pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, including steak, salmon, and poultry. This varietal perfectly expresses Texas terroir and the Texas High Plains!

2023 Reserve Malbec

Eminating rich aromatics from the glass, the beauty of this wine is clothed in an inky purple hue. Scents of boysenberry pie, dark chocolate, and floral perfume float up to meet the nose in a full bouquet. At first sip, a deeper and fuller love of this wine is opened up through flavors of coffee, plum jam, dried sage, and leather. 2023 Sagrantino

With complexities throughout this Sagrantino, notes of fresh blackberries, dries cherries, and fresh earth pull the senses further in. Bold tannin is displayed through flavors of plum skin and dark espresso. Licorice and mushroom linger on the palate, displaying a dark and earthy character though the last sip. Sagrantino pairs well with umami flavors, such as wild mushrooms or strong cheeses, as well as braised red meats.

2021 Reserve Sagrantino

This brick red, deeply bold and smoky red wine is sure to tingle the senses! Aromas of vanilla, warm caramel, leather, sweet pipe tobacco and hazelnut create feelings of warmth that travel over the whole body. With medium body, this wine is not too intense for novice wine drinkers. In fact, everything on the nose is also on the pallet! Additionally, you can expect to experience flavors of dried cranberry, cherry, cooked fruit and roasted praline pecans. Medium finish makes this wine a perfect compliment to dark fruit compotes and dark chocolate dessert.

This tawny style dessert wine has a pale red-tawny color. Intense aromas of caramel, butterscotch and vanilla layered with notes of molasses and pecan.
