Level Specific Rules for Wine Club:

1. Bronze:
   1. 10% Discount
   2. 3 bottles, 4 times per year
   3. One free glass of wine per visit or complimentary tasting for member/member immediate family and 1 guest
   4. Exclusive invitations to winery guests

2. Silver:
   1. 20% Discount
   2. 6 bottles, 4 times per year
   3. One free glass of wine per visit or complimentary tasting for member/member immediate family and 3 guests
   4. Exclusive invitations to winery guests

3. Gold:
   1. 30% Discount
   2. 12 bottles, 4 times per year
   3. Two free glass of wine per visit or complimentary tasting for member/member immediate family and 5 guests
   4. Exclusive invitations to winery guests
   5. Access to library and special release wines
   6. VIP access to all winery events 

General Rules for Wine Club:

1. It is free to join
2. It is free to place membership on hold, cancel, rejoin or change levels of membership and members may do so at any time
3. New members must complete one wine club release before their membership can be cancelled 
4. Prior to WC release party, members have three weeks to adjust what will be included in their release 
5. Members are responsible for making edits to their carts before their credit cards on file are charged for the WC release
6. All members are given notice via email before their credit cards are charged for the wines 
7. If a member does not come to pick up their wine within the two weeks allowed for them to do so after the WC release party, it will be shipped to them at the members expense 
   1. If a member should have or meant to cancel before they were charged but didn’t, refuse their wine, after payment and after 3 delivery attempts from UPS, they will not receive a refund. The member will need to come collect their wines and they can be cancelled for the future. 
8. When filling in information on the iPad at sign up;
   1. No shipping addresses outside of Texas will be accepted 
   2. If a shipping address outside of Texas is entered, wines will not be shipped to this address and the member will be removed from the club
   3. People from out of state that wish to pursue a membership are approved on an individual basis 
   4. A birthdate is required 
9. If someone signs up for wine club during their visit, then their tasting or first glass of wine is automatically free, and they can start using their discount that day 
10. Wine club member discounts to not apply to items already discounted at a greater amount than the member discount 
11. When ordering wine from the bar, only Wine Club members will have the option to choose between vintages. General customers will receive the oldest vintage of each product. 
12. Active members or new members will not be cancelled for reasons that aren’t EN fault, such as: 
    1. I have too much wine
    2. I don’t need more wine 
    3. I don’t want more wine 
    4. I forgot to cancel 
    5. I missed my shipment delivery and now I want a refund 
    6. I meant to cancel but I didn’t 
13. Active members will have 3 chances to update their payment info if declined for a release. If a member’s card is declined for a release, they have the following 2 releases to update their payment method and/or correct any payment issues. If they do not update their payment method and do not respond to communication nor show effort to resolve issues, they will be cancelled after being declined for the third release in a row.
