CRAWFISH BOIL
PAIRED WITH RAINY ROSÉ
Crawfish Boils bring the spice. You're going to want a wine that helps make that spiciness palatable so you can go back for more. Rainy Rosé is a great example of a wine that will help cleanse the spice. 
 
JAMBALAYA
