In this English Newsom Cellars members mini course, we lead you through the basics of wine tasting and the history of these new varietals. From vine to bottle, we nurture our wine through it all and we want you to learn the process of making this release, through tasting and learning, all at the same time. Learn to swirl, smell, and sip wine like a pro at this wine tasting course. The class also introduces you to proper serving and storage of your new release, as well as some basic wine and food pairing principles.
