When appropriately paired, wine and food have the ability to enhance each other’s flavors, making them more pronounced, and render the entire taste experience a more satisfying and enjoyable one.
Heart & Soul Cuisine will prepare a 4-course meal.

This classic and simple wedge salad is crisp and refreshing. Our newly released Trebbiano complements this cold wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with bacon, apples, and Parmesan dressing.

Italian Herb Encrusted Filet Mignon
This Italian herb encrusted steak is a tender juicy filet seared to utter perfection crusted with fresh herbs consisting of basil, rosemary, flat-leaf parsley all combined with real unsalted butter, Romano cheese, minced green scallions, and fresh minced garlic all baked to your cooking preference.

This risotto is simply made with sauteed mushrooms, a touch of white wine, and arborio rice and topped with fresh parmesan cheese.
Garlic Butter Asparagus with Crispy Parmesan
Asparagus spears are topped with a buttery Panko crumb mixture with parmesan cheese and garlic, then roasted and broiled to perfection.
